Your Personal Chef, Now in His 23rd Year

Chef Colin Shea is originally from southern New Hampshire where he learned from his mother and his two grandmothers that any food can be great food. His cooking career started at the very young age of fourteen when he worked for a popular fast food restaurant. He quickly progressed into other restaurants where he began to hone his skills. And then after a couple of career changes in his twenties, he never abandoned his cooking background and decided that going to school to become a chef was not only a goal, but his dream.
